This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to leverage its 10 U.S.C. § 4022 prototyping authorities to develop a novel energy resilience solution that may include both in-front-of-the-meter and behind-the-meter generation assets IAW Attachment 1 – Problem Statement.
