The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:
Town of Normal – Supply Procurement 2026-2027
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Town of Normal – Supply Procurement 2026-2027" with the time and date, which will be February 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall.
Any questions regarding this bid should be asked at the mandatory pre-bid meeting that will take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (CST) at Uptown Station, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761, in the Illinois Terminal Conference Room #336 on the third floor. Responses to questions will be issued by addendum and posted to the Town’s website,
www.normal.org
, as soon as possible. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from responding to questions.
Bid Forms and Specifications may be downloaded from the Town’s website,

. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Director of Inspections & Facilities and/or the Assistant Director of Facilities Management, and their decision will be final.
