Request for Qualifications for Prequalification of New Contractors for Stormwater Construction and Rehabilitation and Manhole & Valve Box Adjustments

Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this solicitation for Request for Qualifications for Prequalification of New Contractors for Stormwater Construction and Rehabilitation and Manhole & Valve Box Adjustments . Submissions shall be received before 5:00 pm on Friday, April 4, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Contractors are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications for bidding future stormwater construction and rehabilitation projects and manhole & valve box projects for the Cobb County Water System. Contractors who wish to make a new application to become prequalified are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications. Contractors are not required to submit Statements of Qualifications for all the categories. There are attachments for new applications for each category and completed applications should be uploaded where indicated on the Vendor Questionnaire to the applicable category.
