LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Itawamba Community College is accepting sealed bids until
Monday, July 27, 2026, 10:00 a.m., at which time bids will be opened publicly in the
eLearning Building, Room 5, Fulton Campus. Physical bids may be submitted at the Fulton
Campus Business Office while electronic bids may be submitted through Central Bidding
at www.centralauctionhouse.com.
Accepted bids for the following:
Bid File 3512- Law Enforcement Driving Simulator
Sealed bids will be received and reviewed to determine responsiveness and vendor
qualification. Vendors submitting responsive and qualified bid submissions will be invited
to participate in the reverse auction, if conducted. Anticipated date of reverse auction is
Monday, August 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. with the projected date of intent to award on
Tuesday, August 11, 2026. ICC reserves the right to extend dates if necessary to complete
prequalification.
Participation in the reverse auction does not automatically result in an award. Upon
completion of the reverse auction, the College will review the auction results and make an
award determination in a timely manner.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Members of the Board of Trustees and employees of Itawamba Community College are
prohibited from submitting bids.
