Alpine School District Telephone Services

Project Description: Purpose of this Solicitation This Request for Proposal, RFP, is to obtain proposals from providers that already have in place fiber optic infrastructure and connectivity to provide analog phone lines needed for each of the school district sites basic phone needs This includes, but is not limited to all aspects associated with the need. SIP Trunks, DID's, ATA's (Analog Telephone Adapter), Long distance, dedicated phone numbers. It is the districts intent to leverage already in place infrastructure from providers that have fiber services in place at each site to reduce the costs associated with this need to a minimum. This RFP will provide qualified Supplier's with sufficient information to submit an RFP that meets the minimum requirements. This RFP is not intended to limit the content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Suppliers are at liberty and encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. All RFP preparation costs and any associated activities related to this RFP are the sole responsibility of the Supplier. The District is not liable for any costs incurred throughout the selection process.
