The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General (VA OIG) is awarding a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The scope of work is for brand name Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) software licenses and maintenance services to support existing SAS software licenses.
