Specifications for the above proposal required by the Leominster Department of Public Works may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West Street, Leominster MA 01453, or the website at

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
