The Norfolk District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is awarding, (W91236-25-D-2016) ("the Contract"), a follow-on Firm Fixed Price Architect-Engineer (A/E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, on a sole source basis, to HNTB Corporation ("HNTB") in support of the Arlington National Cemetery Southern Expansion Project (ANCSE) Arlington, Virginia. HNTB is the Designer of Record (DOR) for the original design of ANCSE. HNTB will not perform work for any other project or program under this specific contract action.
