ENGINEERING AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OR REHABILITATION OF VARIOUS PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES IN THE TOWN OF GREENBURGH, NY

The Town of Greenburgh is seeking proposals for engineering and landscape architecture professional services for designing, construction inspection and emergencies for the development or rehabilitation of various parks and recreation facilities primarily of active or athletic nature. Note any firm retained by the Town of Greenburgh will offer their services to other town departments if mutually agreed by the firm and town. This request for proposal is not soliciting building architectural services. The consultant retained pursuant to this request will be responsible for design, construction documentation, and inspection services under a design and inspection percentage (%) fee arrangement for possible projects through 12/31/2029. The consultant retained is also requested to submit hourly billing for smaller projects and emergencies. In accordance with New York State Wick’s Law, all architectural services will be prepared for four (4) separate stipulated sum contracts.
