This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, dated 7 August 2025.

This solicitation is issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE request for quotation (RFQ). All interested small business vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The assigned NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The size standard for this NAICS code is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is J036 Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment – Special Industry Machinery.

Description: The Prime Power School (USAPPS) requires calibration services for electrical test equipment that is not supported by the US Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Activity. Henceforth, within this document, the terms “TMDE” and “Equipment” are synonymous and interchangeable. The TMDE items are located at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
