The City of Minot Public Works Department is requesting qualification submittals for design and construction architect/engineering services for the construction of a new water and sewer building at 1000 31st Street SE, Minot, ND.
The work will generally include conceptual building layout plans, council presentations, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, plan drawings and specifications, cost estimating, project bidding and bid analysis, construction administration and inspection, building commissioning, and as-built drawings.
The City of Minot is a Title VI community. Title VI assures that no person or group of persons may, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any and all programs or activities administered by the City. Respondents must also comply with Title VI requirements.
Detailed information for those interested in submitting proposals is available in the Public Works Department Office, City of Minot Public Works Building, 1025 31st Street SE, Minot, ND, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or telephone at (701) 857-4140. Proposals must be delivered to the Utilities Director by 10:00 am on June 10, 2025. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Responses to the request for qualifications must be submitted to the Public Works office by 10:00 am June 10, 2025.
The firm must submit 5 bound copies and one digital copy in PDF format. The RFQ must be labeled “Qualifications Submittal for City of Minot Water & Sewer Building – City Project 4953”.
