The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment and all other work incidental thereto necessary or required to provide the complete Grade Crossing Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services at the Randall’s Island Connector, location accessible by 10 Central Road (Icahn Stadium), NY, NY 10035. This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort.
