The contractor shall furnish, package, label, and deliver the materials listed in the solicitation document under Section 2 - "Bill of Materials (BOM) Required Items" to the Saylorville Lake Project Office, 5600 NW 78th Avenue, Johnston, Iowa 50023. All materials must meet the specifications provided, be new and unused, and comply with applicable industry standards, including AWPA, ASTM, and manufacturer requirements.
