The scope of work (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) involves the supply of goods, materials and services meeting the description and requirements noted below for Northern Lights Casino (hereinafter referred to as “NLC”) in Prince Albert, SK.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by the bidder, quoted prices are deemed to include the costs of tools, machinery and equipment, transportation, labour cost and all related insurance in accordance with all applicable Provincial and Local Fire Authority having jurisdiction for all required work.
The Bidder shall furnish all labour and materials including hardware, tools, and equipment, and shall include in its Bid Price all applicable taxes for such work, services and materials plus overhead and profit necessary for the total completion and acceptance of Work.
SIGA is seeking a qualified, experienced, and certified contractor to remove and dispose of one (1) existing Engineered Air FWA Series Rooftop Unit (RTU), and to supply, install, test, and commission one (1) brand new Engineered Air manufacturer’s replacement RTU complete with controls for the Northern Lights Casino, located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
No substitutions will be accepted for this competition. The product must meet the specifications outlined in Appendix 1. If the specified model has been discontinued, the bidder must provide the current manufacturer’s replacement model.
