PAPER
The minimum content for this bid shall be 10% post-consumer recovered materials. If necessary, bidders must be prepared to supply a “mill certification” from the paper manufacturer confirming recycled content. If using virgin paper, bidder must fill out RECYCLED PAPER EXCEPTION section in eSupplier or form if submitting hardcopy.

PACKAGING shall not weigh more than 40 lbs. per box.

**Overnight or hand deliver 1 Proof of each project to: WI Lottery, Attn: Kim Welsch, 917 Parkwood Lane, Jefferson, WI 53549; keep 1 proof of each project with vendor so Lottery will not need to send proof approval back to vendor.
