BID DUE DATE: MARCH 18, 2026, ADDENDUM NO. 2
Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force
and effect as the original Quote and contract documents, and Quotes to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with
the additions, deletions and revisions as listed herein.
ITEM #1: CLARIFICATION: On page 1, the bid document states FDOT Certification is required, meaning that the
Awarded Contractor must be a prequalified FDOT vendor. Additionally, as noted on page 21, Special Provisions - SP
06, FDOT certification of materials indicates that the source of the materials-specifically, ie, the plant or the pit material
comes from must be certified by FDOT.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260286.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
