The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City seeks a contractor that performs preventive maintenance services for their cooling tower systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation throughout the contract period.
The anticipated performance period is for one base year. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be stated in the solicitation.
All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://sam.gov/content/entity-landing Electronic
