Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Eden Prairie will publicly view Bids at the City Hall. Description:	The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the cleaning, repairing, and painting of the existing backwash tanks, including structural modifications, surface repairs, interior abrasive blast and coatings, and exterior spot abrasive blast and overcoating. 1 LS Seal weld the un-welded seams around roof manway, and the ventilation vent manway 1 LS Removal of the roof rafters from the interior that are attached to the shell stiffener angle 300 LF Caulk overlapped roof plate seams 1 LS Seal weld the Two Testing Plates 1 LS Replace manway gaskets 1 LS Caulk roof plate to shell rim angle 1 LS Install a new 30-inch round pressure style manway in the shell 1 LS Replace the upper section of the existing roof and install a new 24-inch vent 1 LS Install a new 24-inch roof manway 1 LS Remove the existing roof ladder 1 LS Install a new roof hand railing 1 LS Install a new Nameplate T-Bracket 400 LF Caulk the six (6) exterior shell Angles 1 LF Grout repair 100 Man Hours Reservoir Interior Wet Surface Repairs 1 LS Replace existing pedestrian door frame and door 1 LS Remove the fence from around the exterior C02 tank 1 LS Reservoir Interior Wet Abrasive Blast 1 LS Reservoir Exterior Spot Abrasive Blast and Coating 1 LS Interior Building Abrasive Blast and Coating 1 LS Mobilization (Includes bonds and insurance) 1 LS Site Restoration 1 LS Exterior C02 Tank Abrasive Blast and Coating 1 LS Exterior Abrasive Blast Containment (CO2 tank) 1 LS Electrical Transformer Spot Surface Repairs and Coating
