NOA - 203 for Preferred Professional Application for Catering Services, Event Rental Supply Services and Event Production Services at Special Event Venues

Project Description: The Chicago Park District ("Park District ") has many unique spaces, known as Special Event Venues (“SEV”) that host special events of almost every type and size, such as birthday parties, weddings, and both corporate and non-profit affairs. These events may require catering (e.g. food and beverage), rental supply (e.g. tents and furniture), and event production services (e.g. planning and coordination). To accommodate the needs of clients who intend to rent a SEV to host their event, the Park District seeks to establish a concise, but comprehensive List of Preferred Professionals (“List”) that would be eligible to provide these services on a routine basis in exchange for commission payment by firm to the Park District. Accordingly, the Park District invites interested and experienced firms to submit their application for consideration for inclusion on the List.
