- Summary:Arlington County’s Department of Human Services is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide Release of Information (ROI) processing and indexing services for Arlington County’s Community Services Board (CSB) programs. The objective of the service is to successfully process ROI requests and index digital records into the CSB’s data management system (DMS). Arlington County requires processing of ROI requests and the indexing of documents to ensure relevant medical information is accessible to its clients and clinical and medical staff in a timely manner. Because CSB staff provides developmental disability, substance use disorders, and mental health services to vulnerable populations, having accurate, current, and easily accessible information is critical.
