Synopsis:
|
|
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to replace the boiler, pumps, domestic hot water tank, gas fired blower coils and related equipment at St.
Jerome School, Regina, Saskatchewan.
The work shall include all labour and materials necessary to complete the work as described on the contract documents. Bidders to act as General Contractors providing supervision and coordination for all required sub trade contractors.

A mandatory site visit for bidders will take place on the January 15th, 2025 at 11:00am at St. Jerome School, 770 Rink Ave, Regina SK S4X 1V8.
Contractors will meet at the west doors for sign in. A brief project introduction will be conducted outside prior to entering the boiler room.
Bidders who attended the mandatory site visit may make arrangements with Regina Catholic Schools to make subsequent visits to the site.
