USCIS is seeking market research for contractor support to provide Online Privacy and Protection Program (OP3) services that protect employees and their families from doxxing and other online threats. The contractor will identify, remove, and monitor personally identifiable information (PII) across the public internet, social media, deep web, and dark web. Services include proactive PII removal, incident response, threat monitoring, and digital forensic searches to reduce the risk and impact of online harassment and exposure. Support will be scalable to approximately 22,000 USCIS employees and include one year of continuous monitoring for each enrolled individual.
