Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until the above time, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:

2. AGGREGATE BASE (AB-3) 12,191 SY

3. CURB AND GUTTER, COMBINED (AE)(2’-0”) 1,264 LF

4. TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL 1 LS

TIME LIMIT:

Milestone: Grandview Drive by March 31st, 2026

Substantial Completion: August 31st, 2026

Final Completion: 20 Working Days
