WASTEWATER TREATMENT SERVICES (REBID)

CCPS is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to provide "Wastewater Treatment Services" to Charles County Public Schools (CCPS). CCPS reserves the right to award separate contracts, if in the best interest of CCPS.  The resulting Contract(s) shall be for one (1) year from the date of award, with four (4) one-year renewal options. Services shall be supplied, and Work performed as stated in the “ Specs., Pricing, and Delivery Information Sheet ” (Attachment III), included herein.

The successful Vendor/Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, insurance, contractor’s license(s), subcontractors, supervision, transportation, equipment, and other resources and implements  necessary to operate and maintain domestic water treatment and wastewater plants, storage tanks and distribution systems at schools and facilities with onsite water supplies, domestic wells, supply lines, storage tanks, pump house, and distribution systems, " to eleven (11) Charles County Public Schools (CCPS), on an "as needed basis" as directed by the Risk Manager (Manger) or his designee(s) and as described in, but not limited to, the Specifications contained in Attachment III, “ Specifications, Pricing, and Delivery .”
