2024RFP000208 Provision of Services – Vending Machine Vendor

The Calgary Board of Education (CBE) seeks a qualified vendor to provide, install, and maintain vending machine services across approximately 85 CBE schools which requires the installation of around 153 beverage machines, 77 snack machines, and 13 combination machines for both snacks and beverages. Each machine will need to accommodate products of various dietary restrictions related to diversity and cultural preferences. Please note that these figures may vary based on the current school year.
The objective is to ensure the provision of healthy and compliant food and beverage options, in alignment with the CBE's Administrative Regulation 7012 and 3047. This outlines the responsibilities and expectations for the selected vendor.
