Invitation to Bid
Specification: listed in Appendix A, attached.
Acceptance of tender will be contingent on availability of the product, and suitability of the product to meet the M.D. requirements as per the specification sheet.
These factors will be weighted at 40%, with the tendered price weighted at 60%.
Price is to be quoted F.O.B. Provost, and GST is to be included and/or clearly annotated.
Tenders are to be clearly marked “LOADER TENDER” and submitted no later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, January 7, 2025 and addressed to:

Box 300 (4504 – 53rd Avenue),
Provost, Alberta, T0B 3S0.
Only hardcopy submissions will be accepted (no faxes or e-mails).
Tenders will be considered by the Council of the M.D. of Provost No. 52 on Thursday, January 9, 2025 during the course of its regular meeting.
The M.D. reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part and lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
