Who services the lightning protection for building 580? Currently the lightening protection is serviced by ourselves--facilities maintenance.
Who services the BAS system for building 580? The BAS is serviced by SmartBT (shortened from Smart Building Technologies).
Who services the Fire Alarm system for building 580? Due to the current economic environment, the Fire Alarm System is not currently under contract. The previous company has changed hands a few times and we have not identified a new provider.
Who has the controls for the building? If you’re asking what the make of the BAS system is, it’s Niagara.
