This is a Sources Sought notice to request information for Government planning purposes. Responses to this Sources Sought will assist Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Contracting Division – South (HCD-S) in planning its acquisition strategy.
This Sources Sought notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit the information listed below, which shall be considered by DHA for planning its acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, rights, and capabilities necessary to provide these services. This Sources Sought does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses incurred associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice. The acquisition strategy will be made based on responses received to this Sources Sought Notice and will be made solely at the Government’s discretion.
Requirement:
This requirement is for preventive maintenance and repair services for the Rees Scientific Temperature Monitoring System and temperature monitoring devices at Naval Hospital Pensacola and associated branch clinics. The contractor shall provide trained personnel for on-site support, to include travel, supplies, parts, tools, test equipment, consumables, hardware, and software necessary to perform all operations in connection with scheduled preventative maintenance, calibration procedures and unscheduled repair visits as needed to maintain the equipment.
