The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This project consists of replacement and repair of storm drainage related facilities at stormwater outfalls number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6. Items of work include remove and replace 194 LF 60” culverts, 89 LF 30” culverts, and 42 LF 42” culverts, bore and jack 83 LF 36” culvert, open cut 37 LF 36” RCP culvert, open cut 45 LF 30” RCP culvert, remove and replace a concrete flow control structure, remove and replace concrete headwalls, install steel access platforms, install miscellaneous concrete structures, install 3 EA 60” sluice gates, remove and replace 9 motorized sluice gate actuators and controls, install riprap bank protection, install outside area lighting, extend buried power to outfall 4, and directional drill power circuit under a roadway. Associated tasks required to complete the work include complying with wetlands protection requirements, traffic control, pavement removal and replacement, exploratory excavation, utility crossings, and site restoration. These improvements are located on Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana.
This is not a solicitation as the Government intends to use this information for business type decisions on the final solicitation product. The Government is looking to identify interested small business concerns, to include 8(a), HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) to serve in the capacity of a “Prime” contractor and have the capability to accomplish the requirements identified above. All responses must also include a statement that the company holds all required certifications and licenses to perform this type of work or can obtain them prior to award of a contract especially in the State of Montana.
