The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for one Allied Marine Crane Model TB60-64. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement covers the procurement and shipping of the requested supplies for TSV-4 Narragansett. The procurement action is for Carrier Strike Group Four. Shipping information is outlined within the Request For Quote, 1320 Barnstable Country Road, Builidng 3090. Virginia Beach. VA, 23459.. In accordance with FAR 19.1406, this requirement will be a sole source award to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
The requirement was solicited on 20 May 2025- June 2025. The items that will be procured are one Allied Marine Crane Model TB60-64. The attachment outlines the specifications for this requirement. The items being procured must meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined.
Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333923– Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist, and Monorail System Manufacturing. The Size Standard is 1,250 people. The product service code (FSC) is 3950- Winches, Hoists, Cranes, and Derricks
The supplies are to be delivered within 14 months of contract award.
