A. Project Title: Parking Lot Repair and Concrete Pad for Center for Grain and Animal Health Research, Manhattan, Kansas. Refer to the solicitation and attachments for details.
B. Aquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS is 237310 -Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $45.0M.
C. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
D. Vendors shall complete blocks 14, 15, 17 (if applicable), 19 (if any amendments sent), and 20 A-C of the 1442.
E. Vendors are required to be in an 'Active' status in SAM.gov at time of proposal submission IAW FAR 52.204-7.
F. Questions are due by 1 pm. Central, on Thursday, April 17, 2025. Questions received after that date and time may not be answered.
