Business License Process, Policy and Compliance Evaluation and Recommendation

The City of Redmond is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide an evaluation and recommendations for the City’s business license program. The proposal should include research on Redmond’s current business license landscape, a comparative analysis and recommended best practices of peer cities’ process and policies, an audit to understand gaps in compliance and revenue leakage, recommendations to obtain full business compliance, business license review process improvement policy changes, and reporting recommendations.
