The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) announces the release of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Product Support (TPSC) Request for Proposal (RFP). Industry is advised that this is the final RFP, which shall supersede any draft RFP information posted to date. This procurement is set aside for a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541614. It is anticipated that this award will result in a single cost plus fixed fee contract for a base period of three years and two, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Use the THAAD Project Office email (mdatpsc@mda.mil) to send in your request for the RFP. Each offeror shall provide only one point of contact (POC) per request that includes name, phone number, email address and Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE) code to receive the RFP via the Department of Defense (DoD) SAFE website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking https://piee.eb.mil/ for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Proposals are due July 11, 2025 by 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT).All communications concerning this acquisition must be coordinated through the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO).(mda.schriever.ics.mbx.mdatpsc@mail.mil) This RFP does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. The Government will NOT pay any costs incurred by a respondent because of this RFP posting. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any procurement of supplies or services, nor does it constitute a promise of a solicitation in the future. Questions regarding this solicitation and requests for the Bidders Library shall be submitted in writing by e-mail addressed to the PCO at the THAAD Project Office email (mda.schriever.ics.mbx.mdatpsc@mail.mil). Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. All questions must submitted no later than June 17, 2025 by 12:00 pm CDT. Any questions received after 12:00 pm CST on June 17, 2025 will not be answered.
