APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to provide, assemble, and assemble a multi-OR video integration system and endoscope surgical towers (“towers”) that allow for mobility, safety, and accuracy, when used in procedures, such as laparoscopic, cystoscopic, ENT, and arthroscopic cases, without causing risk to patient and VA staff, maintaining reliability, and longevity. Additionally, the needed equipment will provide patients and providers access to up-to-date visualization and access to standard of care adjuncts, including ICG imaging. The Video Integration System will permit surgeon profiles to be saved, per room, per procedure, to effectively manage capture of images from the endoscopes, in-light cameras, and display images on either endoscope carts, boom mounted monitors, and/or field (wall mounted) monitors.
