Southeastern Power Administration invites all potential bidders, to please let Southeastern Power know that you are interested in the following notice.The deadline for proposals has been extended and the Q&A is now available in the attachments section. After the initial Sources sought windown closes on friday September 19th, 2025, there will be a solicitation posted requesting bids.The sources sought window closes at 3pm Eastern Daylight Time on September 19th. Please review the SOW to see the listed items that need to be include in your Proposal that is to come. Southestern has decided that we will scheule a site visit in the upcoming weeks. This will allow potential bidders to come and see the layout of the 2 sites included in the SOW.

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the objectives, scope, deliverables, and expectations for the PACS Refresh 2025 project. The purpose of this project is to upgrade and replace all Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), including door access control systems, intercom systems, and camera surveillance systems at two separate sites. The first site being Southeastern Power Administration’s Main site and the second, Southeastern’s Remote Operations Site. Ensuring compliance with FIPS 201 standards for identity authentication and Section 2 of the Secure Networks Act, which restricts certain telecommunications and surveillance equipment deemed as security risks.
