PARKING MANAGEMENT PLAN. The City of Hopkins is seeking proposals from consultants who specialize in parking studies and management plans to develop a Parking Management Plan. This plan will analyze current and future motor vehicle parking demand to develop an on-street and municipal parking lot parking system strategy in Downtown Hopkins.
