Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Nashville Campus
Request for Quote IAW FAR 13 to provide the annual fuel tank
cleaning of five diesel fuel tanks to improve and maintain
the efficiency in accordance with the Statement of Work.
Comparative evaluations of quotes will be performed IAW
FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) Best Value based on price and other
factors. (See E.2 Instructions to Offerors). This
requirement is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB contractors.
This RFQ will result in a single award firm-fixed price
purchase order with a Period of Performance:
Base: 01/30/2026 through 01/29/2027
Option Year One: 01/30/2027 through 01/29/2028
Option Year Two: 01/30/2028 through 01/29/2029
Option Year Three: 01/30/2029 through 01/29/2030
Option Year Four: 01/30/2030 through 01/29/2031
