Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated July 15, 2026, and any addenda thereto, calls for improvements to the Westerville Public Service Department’s bulk material storage
bins, located at 350 Park Meadow Road, Westerville, Ohio 43081. The existing concrete material storage bins have no cover from weather/rain & snow protection. The improvements largely consist of adding a new protective roof cover and side walls with steel columns and beams on existing concrete walls, while leaving the loading side open for truck deliveries and pick-up of materials. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the new roof structure, roof supports, gutters and downspouts, new walls, and new solar lighting.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Project is $391,000.
The Project Completion Date is May 31, 2027.
