Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L Roudebush VAMC, NCO 10 Contracting Activity intends to solicit to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Soliciting from a single source for the following items listed below. NAICS code for this is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The SDVOSB vendor will be Corps Medical Supply, LLC., 2211 N. Tradition Lane, Janesville, WI 53545.
Description of requirements:
The LTC Charles S Kettles VAMC Ophthalmology Clinic is requesting the purchase of a Lumibird Ellex Absolu S Ultrasound device with B-Scan capabilities. This device is used in the Ophthalmology Clinic, ER, and OR to help image and diagnose diseases of the inner eye when direct visualization is not possible due to cloudiness or hemorrhage.
