Project Description: This Contract provides for the removal and replacement of a Condensing Boiler Unit with a Lochinvar Crest Commercial Condensing Boiler, or approved equal, at Vancouver City Hall, located at 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, WA 98660 per the Contract Documents. Contractor shall work with the City’s current HVAC controls contractor to perform all integration required, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 20 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
Engineer's Estimate: $125,000
