The Town of Chatham is seeking a qualified contractor to repair, stabilize, clean and perform related site work on 127 gravestones in Union Cemetery.

The bid documents may be obtained at the Chatham Town Offices, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA  02633, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or by email request to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. .

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be labeled on the outside as:  Union Cemetery Grave Restorations”, and must list the date and time of the proposal opening and be sent or delivered to: Town of Chatham, Attn:  Jill R. Goldsmith, Town Manager, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA   02633 no later than Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. when submissions will be opened publicly.

The Town of Chatham reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town.
