Subject: Warrior’s Mark Internal Bus Service – Fixed Route Transit Service Quote
The Town of Breckenridge Mobility Department is seeking quotes for a Fixed Route Transit Service (Contracted Service) for the Warrior’s Mark Internal Bus Service. The contract will be administered by the Mobility Department between the Town of Breckenridge and the selected contractor. The selected contractor will provide exclusive Fixed Transportation Service for the designated subject area. The selected contractor will also be required to provide Mobility detailed Ridership information that will include (at minimum): Guest Ridership information – number of passengers, by month, week, day, hour and boarding at stop location/s. The Town of Breckenridge will utilize the ridership report information for evaluation of future service plans and program success. Contractor will be expected to use telematics (equipment provided by the TOB) in each vehicle on route to provide real time information to the public. Public Works will select a proposal based on the following: Established Transportation Company, strong customer service values and principals, dependable and accountable delivery of service, and demonstrated safety record. Contract Term will be from: November 26

Fixed-Route Service – Transit services where vehicles run on regular, repetitive, pre-designated, pre-scheduled routes, with no deviation, stopping to pick up and deliver passengers at specific, identified locations and times.Each fixed-route trip serves the same origins and destinations.
