The City of Waco (“the City”) seeks proposalsfrom qualified firms for professional transit management and technical supportservices. The City desires to engage a firm (“the Contractor”) to provide forthe day-to-day management and operation of the City’s Transit System (“WacoTransit”) with a resident General Manager supported by corporate staff of thefirm and other individuals who possess professional and technical expertiserelevant to the effective operation of the Transit System. In addition to personnel,the City seeks other services beneficial to the transit system.
