The early preparation work involves modifications to the 1971 wing of the existing school building to allow it to serve as a temporary school facility while the new school is being constructed on the same site. This RFQ is for the enablement phase early HVAC work only. Filed Sub-Bidders must be certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for HVAC.
