HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE PARTS, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

It is the County’s intent to enter into a contract with one qualified entity to provide maintenance and repair services for the Montgomery County Department of Police Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles.

2.     SCOPE OF SERVICES

Parts List/Estimates

1. All service will be performed at the Contractor’s facility The County will transport the vehicle to and from the Contractor’s facility. Therefore, it is in the County's best interest that the Contractor’s location for repair service be located within thirty (30) miles of 1283 Seven Locks Road, Rockville, Maryland 20854 using Google Maps mileage calculation.
2. The Contractor must provide written estimates for repairs upon request of the County.
3. The Contractor must provide a detailed list of parts provided and services performed and charges for those parts and/or services rendered after every visit.

4. The Contractor must submit current and complete Manufacturer's List Price from which discounts are quoted with the bid.

   The Contractor must provide average response time and contact person for questions and placing orders.

5. The Contractor must provide a detailed listing of items that will be covered under the provision of warranty. The terms of warranty shall include period of warranty both in mileage and time.
