The Project:
The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (“HASLC”) is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured contractors to provide exterior painting services at Riverside Apartments. The project includes complete exterior preparation and repainting of the main Riverside Apartments building, together with minor exterior repairs necessary to support a proper and durable finish.
Services will include, but are not limited to:
• Surface cleaning and preparation;
• Scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, and sealing as needed;
• Minor stucco repairs and patching;
• Rust removal and treatment on metal surfaces;
• Minor balcony and metal repairs, including minor welding repairs where required;
• Exterior coating of stucco, trim, doors, railings, balcony components, fascia, flashing, and other previously painted exterior surfaces;
• Protection of adjacent surfaces, landscaping, walkways, windows, fixtures, vehicles, and other nearby improvements;
• Coordination with HASLC to minimize disruption to residents, staff, and building operations;
• Cleanup, closeout, and delivery of product, color, and touch-up information.
