Project Description: The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the renovations and additions to the Pollard House. The project consists of renovations and additions to restore a 4,546 square foot homestead of the Pollard Family, located at 1964 Appling Harlem Road, into a new event venue for Columbia County. Renovations and additions to include the existing homestead, sitework that provides parking and landscaping, as well as a stand-alone pavilion.
