NNMC - Building 3000 Back Deck Replacement

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, NM, 87420, has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to replace the back deck of Building 3000. The period of performance will be 120 days from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System, or NAICS code, is 238350 – Finish Carpentry Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 million.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00191 using the principles of FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Non-Commercial) will be issued on or by Monday, June 9, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, and price. Quotes will be due on or by Friday, June 13, 2025. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The magnitude of the construction requirement is less than $25,000.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1), prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
