Through this Request for Information, the 66th Air Base Group and the Hanscom Air Base Group Communications and Information Division are seeking information from interested contractors in support of Market Research for Dark Fiber Services. This effort requires scheduling routine maintenance and repair check and services, emergency response and emergency maintenance.
