Project Description: The City of Palm Coast is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide an Entity Wide Risk Assessment with the purpose of establishing a Matrix framework for proactive risk identification, management, operational efficiency, and providing a comprehensive evaluation of all potential risks that could impact an organization across all its operations, functions, and departments. The analysis will provide a framework that enables City leaders to assess, evaluate, and manage emerging risks effectively and efficiently.
